the main material in this work is transparent plastic of different thickness.
The challenge was to built in the space and “drawing” the space in connection with the transparency. The light of the space, the reflection of the space the wall and the floor should find a way of their own common language. The chosen material has to seem weightless, it shouldn’t contain any mass or burden of any material ontology, thus enhancing the fragility of the work as if it refutes the laws of gravity.
By stapling my work I created waves and layers that allow the work to move, to be in actu. The work floats and has its own rhythm, a different choreography, depending on the wind or the steps/movements of the spectators. Illusion had a major role in the work.

Materials: plastic, paint, tape, stapler / Year: 2014
